It's hard to believe we are approaching our final dual meet! As we gear up for the end of the season, here are some key updates and deadlines to keep you informed.

VOLUNTEER CREDITS 

If you have not fulfilled your volunteer requirements for the season, Wednesday's meet is the last opportunity to volunteer. If you are short on credits, please email Meredith at [email protected]. Per the handbook, there is a $500 fee that is assessed for families that do not meet their volunteer requirements. 

UPCOMING DATES 

Monday 06/16: Declarations due by midnight for Wednesday's meet 

Wednesday 06/18: Home Meet vs. Great Wood Gators 

Thursday 06/19: Modified Practice Schedule, all swimmers welcome 

Friday 06/20: Regular Practice Schedule, all swimmers welcome (be sure to pick up any remaining ribbons from the season!) 

Friday 06/20 by MIDNIGHT: Deadline to declare for Meet of Champs (This lets us know if you will be available to attend. Details on how swimmers qualify below.) 

MEET OF CHAMPS INFORMATION 

Important Dates 

06/23-06/27: Practices for Meet of Champs swimmers only. Schedule TBA. 

06/28: Division 1 Meet of Champs, 3:30 PM start time. Swimmer check-in time TBA. 

Qualifying for Meet of Champs 

• Swimmers must have participated in at least 2 dual meets this season 
• Per age group, each team is permitted eight (8) entries per freestyle event, four (4) entries per back, breast, and butterfly event, and three (3) entries per IM event 
• Meet of Champs swimmers are chosen based on the top times from the season 
• Even if your swimmer does not have a top time, we would still ask you to declare for the meet. If there are swimmers who are not available for the meet, your child may be asked to swim. 
• Volunteering. If you have a swimmer participating in the Meet of Champs, you will be expected to volunteer at the event.
