Monday morning (6/24)

7:00-8:00 am: 7-10 year olds

7:30-8:00 am: 6 and under

8:00-9:00 am: 11 and up

Tuesday-Friday 

8:00-9:00: All Age Groups  (practices will get shorter over the course of the week as they taper, so parents might want to stay close or come back to the pool around 8:30)

*Since we will not have confirmation of which of our swimmers will qualify for ASM until later in the week, all MOC swimmers are encouraged to attend practice this week. 

WHALe Meet of Champs (Divisional)

All of the teams competing in West Houston Aquatic League participate in their divisional meet. Teams are allowed limited entries per event. Entries per age group are limited to (8) freestyle, (4) back, (4) breast, (4) butterfly and (3) entries for IM. A swimmer must have participated in at least 2 dual meets to be eligible and the swimmer's family must have fulfilled required volunteer requirements. All parents of children participating in the MOC are required to volunteer at the meet. It is the Head Coach’s decision as to who swims in each event, based on top times.

WHALe All Star Meet (ASM)

The fastest (1) swimmer in each division in free, back, breast, and fly automatically advance and the next 18 fastest times from any division will automatically advance to the ASM. The top finisher from each division and the next 10 fastest times from any division in IM will advance to the ASM. Medals will be awarded to the top 8 swimmers in each event. All parents of children participating in the ASM are required to volunteer at the meet. It is the Head Coach’s decision as to who swims in each event, based on top times.
