Afternoon Practices (starting Apr 29) Monday - Friday
| 4:15-5:00 pm | 9 & 10 Age Group |
| 5:00-5:45 pm | 6 Yrs & Under |
| 5:45-6:30 pm | 7 & 8 Age Group |
| 6:30-7:15 pm | 11 Yrs & Up |
Morning Practices beginning Tuesday, May 28 (after Memorial Day) thru end of season Monday - Friday
| 7:30-8:15 am | 9 & 10 Age Group |
| 8:15-8:45 am | 6 Yrs & Under |
| 8:45-9:30 am | 7 & 8 Age Group |
| 9:30-10:15 am | 11 Yrs & Up |
*Our regular season ends on June 18. Any swimmer competing in MOC or All Stars will follow a revised swim practice schedule following the regular season.
