All families need to complete 4 volunteer credits

• Required to adhere to specific job's noted timeframe & description
• Timing is subject to change depending on running of the meet
• If you are late or leave early, you may not be able to fulfill that job responsibility – no credit will be given

WHALe Mandated Training

• All adult volunteers (over age 17) must complete
  • 2026 Athlete Protection Training
• This includes spouses, family members, babysitters, etc. EVERY volunteer needs to complete the training.
• These are requirements for our WHALe liability insurance and there are no exceptions.

Penalty for not meeting volunteer requirements

• $500 charge at the end of the season
• Lose ability to register early next year
