Dear Otter Families,

The HOA is required to follow a county regulation that the pool gates must be kept closed when not in use. The gate is monitored by a sensor, so it’s important that we all do our part to stay in compliance.

Please help us by:

• Keeping the gate fully closed whenever possible
• Never propping it open with any object
• Opening the gate for others when needed, while limiting unnecessary traffic in and out
