Otter Families,

We are excited to host our Time Trial (Mock Meet) this coming Friday, May 15th! This is a great opportunity for our swimmers and volunteers to get a feel for how the swim meets will run.

Swimmer check-in will begin at 4:30 PM, and the meet will begin at 5:30 PM. You will receive an email with additional details later next week.

For now, please take care of the items below so you and your swimmers are fully prepared.

Swimmer Declarations/Meet Entry

Please log in to your Swimtopia account (crsw.swimtopia.com) and declare whether your swimmers will be attending or not attending the Time Trial.

Deadline: Monday, May 11th at 11:59 PM.

Volunteers

As a reminder, anyone completing volunteer credits for your family must complete Athlete Protection Training. You will not be allowed to volunteer without it.
