Please review this email and the attached slideshow for important details about our away meet tomorrow morning (Saturday, June 13) against the Tiger Swim Club.

Katy High School Natatorium, 6331 Hwy Blvd., Katy, TX 77494

Parking

Parking is available at Katy High School Please see the attached slideshow for a detailed parking map.
Do NOT use N. Stadium Ln to access the parking lots, as there will be swimmers set up in that area.

Arrival

Swimmers: Check in at 7:00 AM with a coach near the pool entrance, then proceed to your age group tent.
Swimmers not checked in by 7:15 AM will be scratched from their events unless you’ve notified the Coach Liaison in advance ([email protected] or phone # 770-842-5492).
Warmups begin at 7:25 AM.
Meet Start: 8:00 AM
Please write your swimmer’s name with a Sharpie on their upper right back/shoulder for easy identification.
Relay No-Shows / Running Late: Per the handbook, if your swimmer is a no-show for a scheduled relay, they will not be eligible to swim in any relays for the remainder of the season. No-shows result in a disqualification for the entire relay team, which affects other swimmers.

Volunteers

Check in at your designated times at the Volunteer Table.
You must have completed Athlete Protection Training to volunteer. If you haven’t finished it yet, please complete it now: Athlete Protection Training
