It's hard to believe we're approaching our final dual meet! As we gear up for the end of the season, here are some key updates and deadlines you need to know.

UPCOMING DATES

• Saturday, June 20: Declarations due by 11:59 PM for both Tuesday’s meet and the Meet of Champs.
  • For Meet of Champs - Qualifying swimmers who have declared as “attending” will be notified by phone. See below for qualification details.
• Tuesday, June 23: Away Meet vs. North Lake Sea Monkeys. We’ve been loving the great spirit the Otters have been bringing to our meets. The theme for this meet is Superheroes!
• Wednesday, June 24: NO PRACTICE. Qualifying Meet of Champs swimmers will be notified by a coach via phone.
• Thursday & Friday, June 25 & 26: Condensed practices for Meet of Champs participants. Schedule TBA.
• Saturday, June 27: Meet of Champs – 3:00 PM start time. Swimmer check-in time TBA.

MEET OF CHAMPS - Qualification and Volunteering

• Swimmers must have participated in at least 2 dual meets this season.
• Per age group, each team is permitted: 8 entries per freestyle event, 4 entries per backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly events, and 3 entries per IM event.
• Meet of Champs swimmers are selected based on the top times from the season.
• Even if your swimmer does not have a top time, we still encourage you to declare. If other swimmers are unavailable, your child may be asked to swim.
• Volunteering: If your swimmer participates in the Meet of Champs, you will be expected to volunteer at the event. This is separate from regular season volunteer requirements.

We are also working to secure a date for our Team Party. As soon as we have a date confirmed, we will send that information to you.
