Key Information

Location

• South Ranch Pool, across from Beck Jr. High School
• 5125 S. Fry Rd, Katy, TX 77450

Parking

• Parking is available at Beck Jr. High School. Please see the attached slideshow for a detailed parking map.

Arrival

• Swimmers: Check in at 5:00 PM with a coach near the pool entrance, then proceed to your age group tent.
• Swimmers not checked in by 5:15 PM will be scratched from their events unless you’ve notified the Coach Liaison in advance (crswotters.coachliaison@gmail.com or phone # 770-842-5492).
• Warmups begin at 5:30 PM.
• Meet Start: 6:00 PM
• Please write your swimmer’s name with a Sharpie on their upper right back/shoulder for easy identification.
• Relay No-Shows / Running Late: No-shows result in a disqualification for the entire relay team, which affects other swimmers. Please let us know ASAP if you will be late.

Volunteers

• Check in at your designated times at the Volunteer Table.
• You must have completed Athlete Protection Training to volunteer. If you haven’t finished it yet, please complete it now: Athlete Protection Training.

Concessions

• Cash or Zelle accepted.
• Options: Cabo Bob's Chicken Burritos, Chick-fil-A nuggets and sandwiches, pizza, snacks, fruits, drinks, cookies, and an ice cream truck .
